We note that the manual on Mission (so awaited since 2002), was
presented last evening by Srs. Mary
Motte and Helen Mendoça. We are very
grateful to them.
Today, we take the morning to
recapitulate all the different
evaluations made these past days.
The Chapter members must, at this
time, identify three priorities and
the motivations for choosing them.
They will be shared with the General
Assembly later this morning.
At 16:00 pm we enter into the second
objective of the Chapter (which is
the principal theme) : "Franciscan
women called to live the kenosis of
Christ in creative fidelity and
solidarity with the suffering World" And so,
we will relive a Pascal Triduum.
This evening it is “Holy Thursday”,
we are called to love to the end.
Remembrance of our Baptism and
Confirmation is done in the garden
near the fountain, and our Eucharist
follows. After a meal together we
have night Adoration. We know that
the entire Institute is united with
us, in a prayer chain of solidarity
and participation. |
